What to do when a tour needs replanning
It doesn't matter how carefully a tour is planned, checked and checked again, things can happen that throw all those plans off course.
A general strike, a hotel book out, major surgery for a group member or an unexpected natural event (yes, we're looking at you, Iceland) - we've seen, and dealt with, it all.
But what does happen when things don't go according to plan and how should you, literally, keep the show on the road?
Along with other industry colleagues, I was asked this very question recently by Groups Today magazine for their article, "Go the extra ACRE - Replanning out of necessity" (Mar/April edition). You can read our responses in the article here. To read the whole magazine online, click here.
