When you contact us for a tour proposal, we will prepare a quote and itinerary for you. We aim to turn a tour around within a few days, depending on the complexity, but will do our best to meet a specific deadline. We spend a lot of time considering the safety of our groups, from who our suppliers are to how we can maximise the security of the group when they are travelling. We work with carefully vetted suppliers, such as motor coach companies, hotels and restaurants. Our relationships with our suppliers are very important to us. We commit to paying them on time and in being fair in our dealings with our partners. We believe that if we treat our suppliers fairly, they will provide great service to our groups in return.
