November is the month in which we remember those who have fought in conflicts around the world, and this tradition began on 11 November 1919, 100 years ago. That day was the first anniversary of the Armistice, the moment the First World War ended at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.
We are launching our Battlefields toolkit this month in memory of that first Remembrance Day. The toolkit contains six itineraries focusing on the historic sites of both World Wars across Europe. Many of the key battle sites and historical locations now contain museums, memorials, cemeteries and educational activities designed to help modern generations learn about the terrible events, the acts of human bravery and the development of technology that came out of the wars.
Click here to access the toolkit, featuring sample itineraries for both World Wars, including separate itineraries for US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand groups.

Quotation season is well and truly upon us and, at this time of year, we are often asked what information we need in order to prepare a quote.
Much of this information is common to all of us, so we prepared a handy list of questions that may help you, whether you are working on an international proposal or not.
Our list includes the things that are essential in order to prepare a quotation, as well as a few things are helpful.
See what you think - you can download it here - Quotation check list. And, if you think of anything you'd add to this, just let me know!
If you need more resources, you can find our full library here.
